Pique Signal is a data-driven signal engine. It scores Solana tokens using on-chain, market and social data. It shows tokens that meet set rules on a free board and a paid (gated) board. Paid members can also get alerts in the app bell, by phone or browser push and by webhook, and can use the API and AI app connectors. The Grok connector may offer a free trial to eligible X accounts. AI agents can pay per use with USDC (x402).

Pique Signal is not a registered investment adviser, broker or dealer and owes you no fiduciary duty. We do not promise any result, return or profit. Past results and our track record do not predict future results. Our data comes partly from outside sources and may be late or wrong. Labels such as "Rug risk" or risk scores are not guarantees or audits of a token. Memecoin trading is extremely high risk. You can lose all the money you put in.
Pique Signal and its operators may hold or trade tokens shown on the boards.
You must be 18 or older and able to make a binding contract. You may not use the service if you are on a sanctions list or in a sanctioned country or region, or where using it is illegal. We may refuse or end access to meet the law.
You sign in with your Solana wallet. Paid access is tied to that wallet. The Grok connector uses X sign-in. AI apps connect with your API key. x402 agents pay per request and need no sign-in. You are responsible for keeping your wallet, your API keys and any linked accounts safe.
Plans. There are two plans: Gated ($49) and Builder ($99, adds the developer API).
How you pay. You pay in USDC or SOL from your own Solana wallet. We do not take card payments. You also pay the small Solana network fee. Blockchain payments are final once sent. We cannot reverse a blockchain payment; any refund is sent as a new payment to your wallet. See Refunds below.
Pay once. A one-time payment gives 30 days of access from the day you pay. It does not renew. Paying again before your access ends does not add to the days you have left.
Subscribe (auto-renew). A subscription is paid in USDC. It renews every 30 days at the price shown when you subscribed, until you cancel. To set it up, you sign a wallet approval that lets the subscription take USDC from your wallet. This approval has no set limit in your wallet, but we will only take the plan price shown when you subscribed, once every 30 days. We never take more. Keep enough USDC in your wallet for each renewal, plus a little SOL for fees. If a renewal cannot be paid, your access ends at the end of the paid period. We may try the payment again for a short time; access only continues once a renewal is paid.
Cancel. You can cancel at any time on the Account page with your wallet. Your access stays until the end of the period you already paid for. No further payments are taken. It can take a few minutes for the Account page to show the cancel. After you cancel, you can also remove the wallet approval there, or at any time in your own wallet.
Price changes. We will tell you before any price change applies to your subscription.
Upgrades. If you have Gated days left and upgrade to a Builder subscription, we credit your unused Gated days (up to one month) and stop your Gated subscription. A one-time Builder payment is always the full $99.
Agent payments (x402). Agents pay per use or buy a time pass in USDC. The price is shown in each payment request. No account is needed. An agent can name a referrer wallet. That referrer can earn a share of the agent's payment, paid in USDC. x402 referrals are separate from the affiliate program in section 9.
Refunds. All payments are final. We do not give refunds, except where the law requires one. If you are an EU or UK consumer, you have a 14-day right to withdraw from a digital service contract: email [email protected] within 14 days of your payment.
You may have up to 3 active API keys at a time. Gated includes a key to pull the live board. Builder adds the developer API and backtest. Rate and daily limits apply. Do not resell, share or publicly post API data without our permission.
The affiliate program is coming soon and is not open yet. Until it opens, referral links for website purchases do not earn commissions. We will post the full affiliate terms here before it opens.
The scoring method, signal logic, board design and content belong to Pique Signal. You may mention Pique Signal signals in your own trading notes or social posts if you credit Pique Signal.
We aim to stay online but do not promise the service will never stop. Blockchain data, network providers and outside services can go down. We are not liable for signals or alerts missed because of downtime.
The service is provided as is and as available, without warranties. To the fullest extent the law allows, Pique Signal and its operators are not liable for any trading losses, missed chances or damages from using the service. You trade at your own risk. Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud, intent or gross negligence, or your consumer rights where you live.
You agree to cover our losses if you misuse the service or break these terms.
We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these terms. If we end your access, we stop charging your subscription. You may cancel your subscription at any time on the Account page.
We may change these terms at any time. Changes apply as soon as they are posted on this page with a new effective date. If you keep using the service after a change, you accept the new terms. If you do not agree, stop using the service and cancel your subscription.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. Any dispute will be decided by the state or federal courts in Texas. If you are an EU or UK consumer, nothing here removes the protections of the law where you live or your right to go to your local courts.
