Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 22, 2026

1. Who we are

Pique Signal ("we", "us", "our") runs the website piquesignal.xyz. We also run the Pique Signal alert bot on Telegram (@PiqueSignalAlertBot), the Pique Signal connector for AI apps (MCP), the Grok connector, and the pay-per-use agent feed (x402). This policy says what we collect, why, and how we protect it.

Pique Signal is run by Top Tier Strategies LLC, which is the data controller (the one responsible for your data). Contact: [email protected].

2. Information we collect

Wallet sign-in. You sign in with your Solana wallet. Your wallet signs a one-time message. We store your public wallet address. We never see or store your private key or seed phrase.

Older sign-up data. If you used our older Telegram sign-up, we may still hold your Telegram ID, username, first name, an email (if you gave one) and past payment records. Ask us and we will delete them.

Payments. You pay in USDC or SOL from your own wallet. Every payment is public on the Solana blockchain. We store your wallet address, the plan, the amount, the transaction signature and the dates of your access. We do not take card payments.

Subscriptions. When you subscribe, we also store a record that you agreed to auto-renew. This record holds your wallet, the plan, the amount, the renew period, the terms version and your IP address at that moment.

Telegram alerts (optional, paid plans). If you link Telegram, we store your Telegram chat ID and your @username, and any alert settings you change in the bot.

Email and phone (optional, paid plans). If you add an email address or phone number on the Account page, we store it. We do not send email or text-message alerts today.

Alert and board settings. We store your alert settings and board settings, and a record of which alerts we sent you and by which channel. For phone or browser push notifications we store your browser's push address, its push keys and its user-agent text. If you add a webhook, we store its web address. We also store a display name if you set one.

API keys. If you make API keys, we store a one-way hash of each key and a signing secret. We cannot show you a key again after you create it.

Affiliate program. If you join, we store your wallet, your referral code and your payout wallet (the wallet you signed in with). When someone signs in after opening your link, we store their wallet and your code. This link is kept, so it also counts for their later renewals.

Visits to the boards. Each time you open the free or gated board, we store your IP address, a scrambled (hashed) copy of your IP, your country (from Cloudflare), your device type, your browser's user-agent text (browser, version and system), the page that sent you, and your browser language. If you press Accept on the cookie banner, the board page also gives your browser a random visitor ID. It then sends us which buttons you click (for example opening a coin or a buy button, and which buy app you choose), how far you scroll and how long you stay. Staff reports may look up the city, region and internet provider for an IP address. This lookup uses a file on our own server. It does not send your IP anywhere.

Sponsored banners. We count how often each banner is shown and clicked. If you buy a banner, we store your image, link, name (if given), payment transaction and a hashed IP.

API and server logs. When you use the API, we log the endpoint, a hash of your API key and your IP address. Our servers also log IP addresses, browser types and times to keep the service safe.

AI apps (MCP). To connect an AI app, you paste your Pique Signal API key into our sign-in page. The connector keeps your key and a session token in memory only, for up to 24 hours. Paper trades you make there are kept in memory only.

Grok connector. You sign in with X. We read your X user ID and verified status. If you get the free trial, we store your X user ID, verified type and trial dates, and we keep that record so the trial is used once. We only ask X for read permission and never post for you.

Agent payments (x402). You do not need an account. For a time pass we store the paying wallet, the transaction signature, the amount, the pass length and a hash of your pass. If the request names a referrer wallet, we store it with the receipt. For a single paid read we store only the transaction signature and amount.

3. How we use your information, and why we are allowed to

  • Give you board access, alerts and signals. Basis: our contract with you.
  • Take payments, run subscriptions and show your billing history. Basis: our contract with you.
  • Check that you own your wallet. Basis: our contract with you.
  • Pay affiliate commissions. Basis: our contract with the affiliate.
  • Keep money and tax records. Basis: legal obligation.
  • Count visits and see how the boards are used (Google Analytics, the visitor ID, the click and scroll record). Basis: your consent. You choose with the cookie banner on the boards (Accept or Decline).
  • Count banner views and clicks. Basis: legitimate interest (billing advertisers fairly).
  • Keep the service healthy and stop abuse and scraping (logs, IP addresses). Basis: legitimate interest (security and stopping abuse).
  • Answer support requests. Basis: legitimate interest (helping you).
  • Train and improve our AI models and our trading bot (see "AI training" below). Basis: legitimate interest (making the service better). EU and UK users can object (say no).

AI training. We use your data to train and improve our AI models and our trading bot, so the system gets better over time. This can include how you use the boards, your settings, and, once the trading bot launches, your trades and their results. Where we can, we remove details that identify you (like wallet addresses) first. If you are in the EU or UK, you can ask us to stop by emailing [email protected].

4. What we do not do

  • We do not sell your data
  • We do not share your personal information with other users

We show a few sponsored banners on the free board. They are marked Ad. We use Google Analytics on the board pages. See section 10.

5. Data storage and security

Our servers are hosted by Contabo in the European Union. Cloudflare sits in front of the site. All connections use HTTPS. We encrypt API signing secrets. We back up our database every night. Backups are encrypted. Encrypted backup copies are also kept on the operator's own computer.

Payments and wallet addresses are on the public Solana blockchain. We cannot delete or change anything on the blockchain.

6. International transfers

Some of our providers process data outside the EU/EEA, mainly in the US (for example Cloudflare, Google, Coinbase and X), and Telegram is outside the EEA. These transfers are protected by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses. Ask us for a copy of the safeguards.

7. How long we keep data

  • Board visit records and IP addresses: 12 months, to protect the site from bots, scrapers and attacks. Then they are deleted.
  • Web server and API logs (IP address, browser type, the page asked for): 14 days. System logs: only the newest records, usually a few days.
  • Billing, subscription and affiliate records: as long as tax and money law requires (usually up to 7 years)
  • Telegram, email and phone details: until you unlink or remove them
  • Account data: while you use the service. If you cancel, we keep your wallet and billing records so you can come back, and for our money records.

Some records are kept on purpose so the rules stay fair: the free-trial record, referral links between wallets, and your agreement to auto-renew.

You can ask us to delete your data. We will delete what we can. We cannot delete blockchain records.

8. Third-party services

We use these outside services. Each has its own privacy policy.

  • Contabo: server hosting
  • Cloudflare: security and delivery in front of the site. It sees your IP address, including network error reports from your browser.
  • Google Analytics: visit statistics on the board pages
  • Google Fonts: page fonts. Your browser loads them from Google.
  • DexScreener: coin logos. Your browser loads them from DexScreener.
  • Coinbase Developer Platform: settles agent (x402) payments and signs affiliate payouts, and signs subscription charges
  • Solana network providers: to check payments and wallets on the blockchain
  • Your wallet app (for example Phantom, Solflare or Backpack): it sees the transactions you sign
  • Telegram: alert messages, if you link it
  • Your browser's push service: push notifications, if you turn them on
  • X: sign-in for the Grok connector
  • Your AI app (for example ChatGPT, Claude or Grok): it sees the signals you ask it for
  • Banner advertisers: if you click a banner, you go to their site

9. Your rights

You can ask us to:

  • see your data, and get a copy you can take elsewhere
  • fix it
  • delete it
  • limit how we use it
  • stop using it where we rely on legitimate interest
  • withdraw your consent at any time

You can also complain to your local data protection authority. Email us at the address in section 1. We reply within one month.

You can also:

  • Unlink Telegram on the Account page or from the alert bot's menu
  • Turn off push notifications and change your alert settings on the Account page
  • Cancel a subscription on the Account page. After you cancel, you can also remove your wallet approval there.
  • Clear our data from your browser by clearing this site's data

10. Cookies and browser storage

Needed to run the service:

  • pq_app_session: keeps you signed in. Lasts 90 days, or until you sign out.
  • pq_ref: remembers which affiliate link brought you. Lasts 30 days.
  • A few cookies for staff and preview links only.
  • Cloudflare may set a security cookie if it needs to check that you are not a bot.

Used for statistics, only if you press Accept on the cookie banner. You can change your choice any time with "Cookie settings" at the bottom of the board. Decline removes the visitor ID and the Google Analytics cookies from this browser:

  • Google Analytics runs on the free and gated board pages. Google may set its own cookies (named _ga) and receives your IP address and device details.
  • pq_sid: a random visitor ID for our visit statistics. It stays until you clear your browser data.

Our pages also save some things in your browser:

  • Your cookie choice (Accept or Decline)
  • Your wallet address, display name, alert settings, saved coins, chosen buy app, notification on/off, the Account tab you last used, and a marker that a cancel was sent (it contains your wallet)
  • Your alert email and webhook address, on the Account page
  • A payment reference while you check out

Signing out on the Account page clears your wallet, name and alert details from this browser. It does not clear the visitor ID, saved coins or board settings. To remove everything, clear this site's data.

We do not put your sign-in in web addresses. One-time codes (for Telegram linking and app sign-in) can appear in a web address. Each one is used once or expires. Referral links contain the promoter's referral code. If you put your API key in a web address (?api_key=), it can end up in logs. Send it in a header instead.

11. Children

Pique Signal is not for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you think a child has given us data, email us and we will delete it.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. We will post changes on this page with a new effective date.
